Copper Crafted
Elyx Vodka is made entirely by hand in a vintage copper column still from 1921. The process involves thousands of sacrificial copper packets, which play a pivotal role in removing unwanted compounds and enhancing the Vodka’s rich, flavorful profile. This meticulous method, known as copper catalyzation, ensures maximum contact with copper, producing a raw spirit unparalleled purity.
The spirit is further refined in the vintage copper still, operated by skilled artisans who employ traditional techniques passed down through generations.

The Difference in our Wheat
Every drop of Elyx Vodka is crafted from wheat sourced from the Råbelöf Estate, a single estate in Southern Sweden with a centuries-old tradition of wheat cultivation. The estate benefits from an ideal climate, characterized by dry, cold winters and long, warm summers.
Råbelöf Estate’s unique combination of soil, micro-climate, and topography yields wheat that is high in starch and medium in protein, perfect for distilling a vodka of exceptional quality. This terroir allows the wheat’s profile to shine, resulting in a spirit that is celebrated for its purity and depth.
With the entire production process taking place within a 15-mile radius, we maintain complete control from seed to bottle, ensuring unparalleled traceability and excellence in every sip.
